We process and ship out all orders within 24 hours Monday-Saturday by 2pm PST. Orders placed on Sundays, and after 2pm PST on Saturdays, will be processed the following Monday morning. Sometimes the order confirmation email will be sent as late as 48 hours after shipment due to the delay of tracking information availability.

Unfortunately Jawcko Chewing Gum is non-returnable due to potential safety risk as a perishable food product. However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement by emailing us and providing an image of the item and its defects. You can't make changes to an order, but you can cancel it within 30 minutes of placing it. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes even we are unable to cancel an order.
To cancel an order:
Email us at hello@jawcko.com with your order # and a request to cancel. Simply email us "cancellation request" with your order #.
After 30 minutes, even our JAWCKO representatives cannot cancel the order. But don’t worry—once the items arrive you can return or exchange them.
We don’t process payment until the order ships. If you cancel an order, you won’t be charged, so you won’t need to be refunded. You might see an initial authorization for the order total—this is a temporary hold on funds that will automatically drop off within a few days.
We recommend chewing Jawcko Jawline Gum for 5-15 minutes every other day. Take turns chewing on each side of the Jaw to exercise the masseter muscles equally, and improve facial symmetry.
Once your Jawline Muscles begin to strengthen, feel free to add more chewing time to your routine if it feels comfortable. Do not overstrain your Jaw. Do not exceed more than two pieces per day.
